Charlotte founded Fundamental fitness and athletics in 2019 after coaching the Reading AC Junior club and wanting to extend the offering to younger children. The mission has been to provide top level coaching to every child to help improve not only their sporting ability but the day-to-day lifestyles as well. As an English school’s finalist in the discus, and 7 time Berkshire county champion, Charlotte specialises in the throwing events, and is a level 2 UKA throws coach. She is also a level 3 personal trainer, offering strength & conditioning sessions. Charlotte has won England Athletics Young Coach of the year in 2017 and Reading AC coach of the year in 2018.
 A national level decathlete, Joe was ranked 3rd in the country at the end of 2021. He is a South of England combined events champion, English schools finalist and 6 time Berkshire county champion. His strongest events are hurdles, long jump and high jump. Joe leads the multi-event classes based at Palmer Park. Joe is a level 2 UKA coach and holds a BSc in Human Biology from Loughborough University specialising in supplemental nutrition and its effects on both cardiometabolic health and sports performance. Joe is a jumps specialist and offers 1 to 1 and S&C sessions in these.
 An international and Olympic sprinter from Sierra Leone, Ibrahim specialises in the sprint and hurdle events. Ibrahim has competed at the highest level including an array of international fixtures such as the 2012 Olympic games in London, the 2010 Commonwealth Games in India, two World Championships, as well as five African Championships. In addition to this he trained at the Senegal high performance centre for two years on an Olympic Scholarship. Ibrahim is a level 2 UKA coach specialising in sprints and hurdles and is a level 3 personal trainer. He runs a range of speed and agility, adult bootcamp and 1 to 1 S&C sessions.
